Located in the Majorcan municipality of Pollença and located on a knoll, "the houses of Llenaire" outlook to the sea dominating the bay of Pollença, from Cap Pinar and Alcudia, to the headland of Formentor, and towards the interior, the last spurs of the mountain range of Tramuntana. After the conquest of Majorca, king Jaime I, distributed between his supporters a major part of the island. In the XIII century the “Alqueria” of Allanaira was surrendered to the Order of the Templers which in turn brought in new settlers to work the land..
The property was acquired at the end of the XIX century by the family Colom i Montaner, who constructed next to the already existing hunting lodge, a stately house of two floors, forming between these an elegant collonaded inner patio as the center of the life of "the houses". In its recent rehabilitation the original distribution of the space has been respected to a maximum, so that most of living space remains oriented to the sea, to the portico inner patio or to the gardens that surround the house.
Llenaire offers, following its well planned reform: a warm and elegant atmosphere; maximum privacy; natural beauty and peacefulness.
